Scalloped Corn Souffle

 I love this corn souffle, if has few ingredients and is very easy and fool proof

INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 ounces , Cream Style Corn
  • 8 ounces , Corn Drained
  • 8 1/2 ounces , Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 large , Eggs Slightly Beaten
  • 1 stick(s) , Butter 1/2 of the stick melted
  • 1 cup(s) , Sour Cream

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Reserve 1/2 stick margarine for topping. Pour into 10 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (put puffs up and gets a light crusty brown top). Remove from oven and spread 1/2 stick margarine over top while still hot. Serve warm.
