Three Bean Salad

 This is a great recipe using green beans, wax beans, and kidney beans, but feel free to use any beans you have on hand. You can add as many or in any combination you like. This is very simple and requires no cooking, just chilling overnight.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can(s) , Cut Green Beans Drained
  • 1 can(s) , Cut Yellow Wax Beans Drained
  • 1 can(s) , Kidney Beans Drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1 medium , Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Cider Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup(s) , Olive Oil
  • 1 cup(s) , Sugar
  • 0 to taste , Salt and epper

Instructions:
Rinse beans well; drain. Combine beans, green pepper, and onion. Combine remaining ingredients; add to bean mixture. Toss well and chill overnight.
