INGREDIENTS:
- 10 medium , Potatoes
- 1 cup(s) , Onions Chopped
- 3 large , Eggs Hard Boiled and Chopped
- 1 medium , Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Celery Minced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Sweet Pickles Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Olives Chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Mayonnaise
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Boil potatoes in their jackets in salted water until just tender, about 30 minutes. Peel and slice or dice them. Blend in all ingredients, except salt and pepper, and enough mayonnaise to bind the salad together. Use a wooden fork and spoon, lifting and folding the potatoes as gently as possible. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve cold |
