INGREDIENTS:
- 10 medium , Potatoes Peeled, Boiled and Grated
- 12 medium , Scallions Chopped
- 2 can(s) , Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 cup(s) , Sour Cream
- 1/2 pound(s) , Cheddar Cheese Grated
- 0 as needed , Corn Flakes

| Instructions: |
Grease large baking dish. Heat chicken soup with butter. Add sour cream and cheese. Heat until melted.
Place a layer of grated potatoes, a layer of green onion and a layer of sauce in dish until all is used. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This may be halved for smaller dish. |
