INGREDIENTS:
- 3 package , Frozen Spinach
- 2 cup(s) , Fresh Mushrooms Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
- 1 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 3/4 cup(s) , Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup(s) , Heavy Cream
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Onion
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 0 as needed , Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated

| Instructions: |
Cook spinach according to directions and drain well. Saute mushrooms in butter about 5 to 7 minutes. Combine spinach, mushrooms, cheese, sour cream, whipping cream, onion, horseradish, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.
Spread spinach mixture in buttered 13 x 9 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees and garnish with tomatoes. Bake until set about 10 minutes. 8 servings. |
