Mashed Potatoes With Olive Oil

 The olive oil takes the place of butter in this recipe, thus making it much healthier.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions:
Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash. Slowly add the olive oil, milk, salt and pepper and the cheese. Stir until well mixed
