INGREDIENTS:
- 3 medium , Tomatoes Sliced
- 4 medium , Lettuce Leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Basil
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Olive Oil

Arrange tomato slices over lettuce on serving platter. In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients well. Spoon a small amount of marinade on each tomato slice. Cover and chill one hour before serving. Makes 4 servings. Each serving equals approximately 55 calories. |
