INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Margarine
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Minute Rice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Zest

Saute garlic in margarine until golden brown. Add broth and salt. Bring quickly to boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Add parsley, lemon juice and rind, mix lightly with fork. Makes 2 2/3 cups. |
