Herb Roasted Vegetables

 Roasted Vegetables melody.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 cup(s) , Assorted Fresh Fall Vegetables, such as Carrots, Onions, Parsnips, rutabagas and Turnips Cut-Up
  • 1/2 cup(s) , KRAFT LIGHT Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated

Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Toss vegetables with dressing and cheese.
PLACE vegetable mixture in lightly greased foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
BAKE 40 to 45 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
