INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium , Cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Flour
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , White Pepper
- 1 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 cup(s) , Swiss Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 cup(s) , Ham Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter

| Instructions: |
Cook cauliflower in small amount of boiling salted water, about 5 minutes. Drain. Place in 2-quart casserole. Keep warm.
Combine 2 tablespoons butter and flour. Cook over low until bubbly. Gradually add milk, cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add ham. Spoon sauce over cauliflower. Mix remaining butter and bread crumbs and top the cauliflower with the crumb mixture. Bake at 400* F. for 10 Minutes or until bubbly |
