INGREDIENTS:
- 5 slice(s) , Bacon
- 1 whole , Onion Peeled and Sliced
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 5 large , Potatoes Peeled and Sliced
- 1 can(s) , Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup(s) , Milk
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper

| Instructions: |
1. In a large heavy skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain, allow to cool, then crumble; set aside.
2. In the same skillet, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in potatoes, condensed soup, milk and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, 10 to 20 minutes.
3. Sprinkle bacon on top before serving. |
