Broccoli with Cashews

 Broccoli is one of the best vegetables you can eat. This casserole is really flavored up with onion, sour cream, poppy seeds and other flavorings, topped with cashews and baked

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 bunch , Fresh Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Onion Minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 1 cup(s) , Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Paprika
  • 1 cup(s) , Cashews Roasted

Instructions:
Cook broccoli in water until crisp, about 3 minutes Saute onion in butter. Stir in sour cream and remaining ingredients, except cashews. Layer broccoli in a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish and cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cashews and bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
