INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 pound(s) , Sea Bass
- 3/4 pound(s) , Mushrooms
- 3 medium , Carrots Finely Chopped
- 1 large , Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 can(s) , V8 Juice (Large Can)
- 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
- 0 to taste , Salt

Mix together, mushrooms, carrots and onions and spread half of mix on bottom of a buttered glass baking dish, then place Sea Bass Fillets on top, in a single layer. Pour lemon juice over fish and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Mix together salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes with "V-8", vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce. Spread remaining vegetable mix on top of fish and gently pour liquids over all. Bake (20 minutes) at 425° F, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork; garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. |
