Spicy Sea Bass with Mushrooms

 This is a very healthy dish, it goes to show that healthy food can still be delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) , Sea Bass
  • 3/4 pound(s) , Mushrooms
  • 3 medium , Carrots Finely Chopped
  • 1 large , Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 can(s) , V8 Juice (Large Can)
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Black Pepper
  • 0 to taste , Salt

Instructions:
Mix together, mushrooms, carrots and onions and spread half of mix on bottom of a buttered glass baking dish, then place Sea Bass Fillets on top, in a single layer. Pour lemon juice over fish and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Mix together salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes with "V-8", vinegar, and Worcestershire Sauce. Spread remaining vegetable mix on top of fish and gently pour liquids over all. Bake (20 minutes) at 425° F, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork; garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
