Shrimp Casserole

 This is one of my favorite casseroles. It has a nice seafood taste, and is easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cup(s) , Rice Barely Cooked
  • 2 1/2 pound(s) , Shrimp Raw Peeled
  • 1 can(s) , Crabmeat
  • 1 cup(s) , Celery Chopped
  • 1 can(s) , Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 medium , Onion Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Powder
  • 1 medium , Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 can(s) , Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
  • 3/4 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Grated

Instructions:
Sauté celery, onion, & bell pepper. Add remaining ingredients except grated cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with grated cheese & bake until cheese is melted.
