INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium , Live Maine Lobsters
- 3 cup(s) , Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1 can(s) , Minced Clams With Liquid
- 1 can(s) , Clam Juice
- 1 cup(s) , Butter Melted
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Prepared Horseradish
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Black Pepper

Mix together bread crumbs, Clams (and liquid), Clam juice, ¼ cup butter, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Split live Lobster on the underside, from head to tail with a large sharp knife; remove stomach and intestines, greenish tomalley and coral roe (if any) and discard (tomally and roe can be added to stuffing mixture). Fill each lobster's body cavity with stuffing mixture, then place shell side down on a broiler pan or a glass casserole dish, brush with butter, then place in oven on top rack and bake at 425 °F for about 20 minutes |
