INGREDIENTS:
- 3 1/2 pound(s) , Alaskan Snow Crab Clusters
- 8 ounces , Dry Fettucine
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 1 cup(s) , Peas Cooked
- 1 cup(s) , Tomatoes Diced
- 1/2 cup(s) , Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Dried Basil
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Reserve 4 Snow Crab Clusters to garnish plates, then remove meat from remaining Crab Clusters. Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, place Crab Meat on microwave-safe plate. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH (2 minutes), or until hot. Drain pasta and toss with butter (or margarine), ricotta and Parmesan. Toss with Crab Meat and remaining ingredients, except Snow Crab Clusters. Season to taste with salt and Pepper. Steam remaining Crab Clusters (4-5 minutes) and serve alongside pasta. |
