INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pound(s) , Shrimp Shelled and Deveined
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 4 medium , Bell Peppers
- 3/4 cup(s) , Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 6 ounces , Crab Meat
- 1/2 cup(s) , Celery Chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Pimiento Chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Rice Cooked
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Curry Powder
- 1 pinch , Pepper

Drain and slice Crab. Cut off tops of peppers, and remove membrane and seeds. Pre-cook peppers in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine Crab, Shrimp, rice, celery, onion and pimiento. Mix mayonnaise with curry powder, salt and pepper. Add to Crab and Shrimp mixture. Stir until thoroughly blended. Stuff pepper with seafood and cover with bread crumbs. Brush tops lightly with margarine and place in baking dish filled 1/2 inch with hot water. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. |
