INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , Bow Tie Pasta Uncooked
- 1 pound(s) , Shrimp Medium; Peeled and Deveined
- 12 whole , Sun Dried Tomatoes Drained and Cut into Strips
- 2 bunch , Arugula Torn Into Pieces
- 6 sprig(s) , Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 bunch , Basil Chopped
- 8 medium , Roma Tomatoes Cubed
- 1/4 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 1 large , Lemon Juice of
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

| Instructions: |
Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, steam the shrimp until the shrimp are no longer translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Put shrimp in mixing bowl. Add sun-dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, arugula, parsley and basil.
When pasta is done, drain well and immediately add to the mixing bowl. Add oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Toss quickly and very well, and serve immediately. |
