INGREDIENTS:
- 16 ounces , Garganelli Pasta
- 5 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 3 1/2 ounces , Smoked Salmon Cut in Strips
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Dill Chopped
- 0 to taste , White Pepper

| Instructions: |
Cook the garganelli in slightly salted boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain but do not rinse.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan. Add salmon and gently toss over medium heat until warmed.
Add cream and cooked garganelli and gently stir over medium - high heat until warmed through, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and pepper |
