Crab Lasagna

 A unique twist from Lasagna is Crab Lasagna. It is has a great taste and is especially good if you are a seafood fan.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 pound(s) , lasagna noodles
  • 2 can(s) , cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 pound(s) , crab meat
  • 1 pint(s) , ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , old bay seasoning
  • 8 ounces , cream cheese softened
  • 1 whole , chopped red onion
  • 1 whole , egg
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , basil
  • 1 cup(s) , extra sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 to taste , salt
  • 1 to taste , Fresh ground pepper

Instructions:
Cook noodles, rinse and drain. Combine soup, crab, ricotta cheese, Old Bay Seasoning, cream cheese, onion, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Layer 1/2 noodles in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread with 1/2 crab mixture and sprinkle with 1/2 cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand about 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
