INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup(s) , sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon(s) , butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) , green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) , clam juice
- 14 ounces , uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup(s) , plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup(s) , sour cream
- 1 ounces , grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pound(s) , fettucine/pasta
- 1 pinch , fresh parsely
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , white,red,and black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , onion powder

Cajun Spice Mix:
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. white, red and black pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Mix cajun spices in small bowl.
Heat water for pasta.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute mushrooms and green onions, about 4 minutes. Add clam juice. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp. Cook three minutes, tossing frequently, until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt, sour cream, parmesan cheese and spice mix.
Cook pasta al dente. Place in serving bowl. Add shrimp mixture on top. Sprinkle with parmesan and fresh parsley. |
