Submitted by: Jimmy
Parmesan cheese on the fish will give it a nice crunch and great flavor. Use any fish you like, red snapper, tilapia or amberjack.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Milk
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 2 pound(s) , Fish fillets Any White Fish
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Paprika
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter Melted

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
Blend together the milk and salt in a shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.

Dip fish fillets into milk mixture then into crumb mixture.

Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over fillets. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets. Fish should flake easily with a fork when done.
