INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1 cup(s) , Onions Chopped
- 3/4 cup(s) , Green Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 large , Garlic Clove Minced
- 3 cup(s) , Crawfish Tails
- 1 can(s) , Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 slice(s) , Bread
- 3 cup(s) , Rice Cooked
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Parsley Chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 0 to taste , Black and Red Pepper
- 0 to taste , Paprika

Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic. Cook until tender crisp. Stir in Crawfish, soup, rice, parsley, lemon juice, and seasonings. Add bread which has been crumbled and soaked in milk. Mix well. Spoon into a buttered shallow 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings. |
