Lemon Garlic Baked Cod

 Lemon and Garlic really make this cod taste great

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 medium , Cod Fillets
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Butter or Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Lemon Pepper
  • 1 large , Lemon Cut in wedges

Instructions:
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat; stir in garlic. Season Cod Fillets on both sides with lemon pepper and place Fillets in pan and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Flip Fillets halfway through cooking to brown on both sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving. Note: recipe may be doubled.
