INGREDIENTS:
- 3 pound(s) , Perch
- 1/4 cup(s) , Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Marjoram Leaves
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Onion Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Seasoned Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Paprika

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; place fresh (or thawed) fish in pan. Mix lemon juice, marjoram leaves, onion salt and seasoned pepper; spoon on fish.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with paprika. 6 servings |
