Grouper Parmesan
Submitted by: Jimmy
When I spent a summer in Florida, I ate grouper almost everyday. It is a very versatile fish. This recipe is really good.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Grouper Fillets
  • 1 cup(s) , Light Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 0 to taste , Paprika
  • 0 to taste , Fresh Parsley Chopped

Instructions:
Thaw fish if frozen. Cut fish into serving-size portions. Place fish in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley.
