INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Grouper Fillets
- 1 cup(s) , Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup(s) , Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Onion Grated
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Hot Pepper Sauce
- 0 to taste , Paprika
- 0 to taste , Fresh Parsley Chopped

Thaw fish if frozen. Cut fish into serving-size portions. Place fish in a single layer in a well-greased baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley. Spread sour cream mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° F for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley. |
