INGREDIENTS:
- 6 medium , Cod Steaks
- 6 slice(s) , Bacon
- 4 large , Garlic Cloves Crushed
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

| Instructions: |

Wrap a piece of bacon all around the outside of each Cod Steak and secure with a toothpick. In a small saucepan, melt butter and add garlic, lemon juice, and parsley, then set aside. Place Steaks on a greased grill rack, 4-6" above hot coals and cook each side, basting frequently with lemon butter, until fish is browned and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, to taste; serve hot directly from grill. |
