Fried Salmon Patties

 My mother would make these when I was a kid. They are very easy and inexpensive to make. The fried patties have a crunch on the outside, but are very tender in the center.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can(s) , Pink Salmon
  • 1 large , Egg
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt and Pepper
  • 4 tablespoon(s) , Vegetabe Oil

Instructions:
Pick any bones out of salmon. In a mixing bowi, beat egg and add salt, pepper, Old Bay, bread crumbs and salmon. Gently mix until just combined.
Drop mixture by large spoonfuls into the hot oil and press flat with a spatula.Cook until golden brown on each side, about 3 to 5 minutes
