Cod in White Wine Sauce
Submitted by: Jimmy
White wine brings out a great flavor in any fish. These are easy to make and taste great. Serve with sauteed spinach.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pound(s) , Cod Fish Fillets
  • 4 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 1 cup(s) , Flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Dry White Wine
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
Dredge the fillets in flour.

Meanwhile heat the butter in skillet being careful not to brown it.
When it is hot add the fish.
Once it has starts to turn brown turn the fillets.
Sprinkle them with dry white wine and salt and pepper to taste.
Once this side has browned some too they should be ready.
Serve hot.
