Baked Sea Bass with Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) , Sea Bass Fillets
  • 2 medium , Lemons Cut into Wedges
  • 1 can(s) , Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Finely Chopped
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon(s) , Seafood Seasoning
  • 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
  • 0 as needed , Parsley Sprigs

Instructions:
Grease a glass baking dish with butter, then arrange Sea Bass Fillets in a single layer. Mix together tomato sauce, onions, lemon juice, olive oil, seafood seasoning, and salt and pepper and pour over Fillets. Bake Fillets (5-6 minutes) at 425° F, then turn Fillets over and baste with tomato sauce; cook (another 4-5 minutes), or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with lemon wedges to the side.
