INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 pound(s) , Sea Bass Fillets
- 2 medium , Lemons Cut into Wedges
- 1 can(s) , Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup(s) , Onion Finely Chopped
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
- 3/4 tablespoon(s) , Seafood Seasoning
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 0 as needed , Parsley Sprigs

Grease a glass baking dish with butter, then arrange Sea Bass Fillets in a single layer. Mix together tomato sauce, onions, lemon juice, olive oil, seafood seasoning, and salt and pepper and pour over Fillets. Bake Fillets (5-6 minutes) at 425° F, then turn Fillets over and baste with tomato sauce; cook (another 4-5 minutes), or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with lemon wedges to the side. |
