Blackfish is very good if you can find it. This dish is accented by oregano and garlic. |

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Blackfish Fillets
- 1/2 cup(s) , Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Fresh Oregano Minced
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
|
|
| Instructions: |
While oven is pre-heating to 450° F, place Blackfish Fillets in a broiling pan and brush with olive oil. To make Garlic Sauce: Mix together remaining olive oil with parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and pour thinly over Blackfish to lightly coat.
Place Fillets in oven and bake (6-7 minutes), or until fish turn white in color and just barely flake when tested with a fork (you may want to baste the Fillets one more time during cooking to bring out additional flavor of garlic and herbs). Serve immediately. |
