INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Crab Meat
- 4 large , Baking Potatoes
- 1 1/2 cup(s) , Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 cup(s) , Butter Softened
- 1/2 cup(s) , Evaporated Milk
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Scallions Chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Paprika

Bake potatoes in a 350° F oven until cooked through. Slice potatoes in half and scoop out, leaving ¼" shells. Combine scooped out potato, Crab Meat, butter, evaporated milk, salt, green onions, cheese and paprika in a large bowl; mix with an electric mixer until well-blended and fluffy. Mound potato mixture into reserved potato shells. Sprinkle top with additional cheese, then bake at 350° F until warmed through and cheese is bubbly. Serve hot. |
