INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup(s) , Onion Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) , Butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Curry Powder
- 4 cup(s) , Corn
- 4 cup(s) , Milk
- 1 cup(s) , Heavy Cream
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 1 pound(s) , Crab Meat

Saute the onion in butter. Add flour and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes. Chop corn in food processor; add to onion mixture and cook 5 minutes. Add milk, cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in Crab Meat. Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon, if desired. Serves 10. |
