INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup(s) , Crabmeat Drained and Flaked
- 4 slice(s) , Bacon Halved
- 1 large , Egg Well Beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) , Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup(s) , Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Worcestershire Sauce
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Hot Pepper Sauce

Stir together tomato juice and egg; add Crab Meat, bread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and seasonings and mix together thoroughly. Roll mix into 2" long pieces and wrap each with half a slice of bacon; insert a toothpick into each piece to hold together then broil 5" from heat source (about 10 minutes), turning frequently to brown bacon evenly. |
