INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup(s) , dark brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon(s) , cornstarch
- 1 cup(s) , evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 cup(s) , pecans toasted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , margarine or butter
- 2 teaspoon(s) , vanilla extract

| Instructions: |
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
Add pecans, margarine and vanilla, stirring until margarine melts. |
