INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Ground Rosemary
- 2 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup(s) , Olive Oil

Purée the garlic into a small bowl and mash to a paste with the salt. Whisk in the mustard, soy, herbs, lemon juice, and then the oil, to make a mayonnaise-like cream.
Use as a marinade for kabobs and roasts. |
