INGREDIENTS:
- 2 medium , Apples Peeled, Cored, Seeded and Diced
- 2 medium , Onions Chopped
- 1/2 cup(s) , Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup(s) , White Wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Cornstarch Dissolved in 2 Tbls. of White Wine
- 0 to taste , Salt
- 0 as needed , Fresh Parsley Minced for Garnish

| Instructions: |
Combine chopped apples and onions in a medium sauce pan. Add broth and wine.
Bring to a boil and lower heat, allowing to simmer briskly for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Mash slightly with a potato masher.
Add cornstarch/wine mixture and stir until broth thickens a little.
Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley, as a relish for wiener schnitzel. |
