INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon(s) , soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) , fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Asian Sesame Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , sugar
- 1 pinch , salt
- 2 whole , California avocados chilled firm-ripe
- 12 whole , butter lettuce leaves rinsed and dried
- 2 teaspoon(s) , sesame seeds toasted lightly

| Instructions: |
1. In a medium bowl whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt until sugar is dissolved.
2. Halve, pit, and peel avocado and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. Add avocado to dressing and gently turn to coat.
3. Line 4 salad plates with lettuce and divide avocado and dressing between them. Sprinkle sesame seeds over avocado. Serves 4. |
