Lemon Herb Sauce

 Lemon Herb Sauce is delicious served over freshly steamed aspagarus

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup(s) , olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , fresh tarragon chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , italian fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , lemon oil
  • 5 ounces , plain nonfat yogurt
  • 5 ounces , nonfat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Dijon mustard

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Pour over freshly steamed Aspagarus and serve
