Mushroom Wine Sauce

 This is a versital and delicious sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 large , Portobella Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Shallots Diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Butter
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Red Wine
  • 1 can(s) , Beef Broth
  • 0 to taste , Flour

Instructions:
Saute the mushrooms and shallots or onion in butter. Pour in the broth and wine. Bring to a boil and simmer. Rapidly whisk in flour, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency. Serve on the side or pour over steaks.
