INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large , Boneless pork chop
- 1/4 cup(s) , beef boullion
- 1 medium , potato
- 2 medium , carrot
- 1/2 small , green bell pepper cut in chunks
- 1 to taste , salt and pepper

| Instructions: |
|
Brown the pork chop in small amount of oil over medium heat. Push it to the side of the skillet and add the boullion, potato and carrot. Put the green pepper chunks on the pork chop, season everything with salt and freshly ground pepper, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes, until the vegetables and chop are tender, adding more boullion if necessary. |
