  • 1 cup(s) , Pimiento Stuffed Green Olives Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Black Olives Pitted and Chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) , Roasted Red Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1 cup(s) , Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/3 pound(s) , Salami
  • 1/2 pound(s) , Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 pound(s) , Any Mild Cheese
  • 1/3 pound(s) , Mortadella
  • 1/3 pound(s) , Prosciutto
  • 1 large , Round Loaf of Bread

Instructions:
Take one loaf fresh Italian bread round for a traditional Muffaletta or individual sub loaves will work for smaller sandwiches. Cut the loaf in half, and scoop out a little of the inside to make some room. Make the olive salad by combining the olives and roasted pepper, garlic and vinegar. Drizzle some of the olive oil and juice from the olive salad on each side of the open loaf; use plenty. On the bottom, place some salami, olive salad, provolone, mild cheese, and mortadella. Top with the other half loaf. Slice into wedges.
