INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 whole , avocado extra ripe
- 1 tablespoon(s) , fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) , olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , cayenne pepper
- 4 slice(s) , Bacon
- 4 slice(s) , whole-wheat bread
- 6 whole , romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 medium , tomato sliced
- 1 small , red onion sliced thin

| Instructions: |
Cream together avocado spread ingredients. Prepare bacon according to package directions; drain thoroughly on two paper towels for 5 minutes. Toast bread and spread the avocado mixture on 2 slices. Top with vegetables, 2 slices of bacon per sandwich and second slice of bread.
