INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound(s) , extra lean ground beef
- 1/4 pound(s) , lean ground pork
- 1/4 pound(s) , lean ground veal
- 1 cup(s) , bread crumbs
- 1 cup(s) , nonfat milk
- 1/4 cup(s) , onions chopped
- 1 large , egg
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) , salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) , sage

Preheat oven to 350. Spray vegetable oil spray into a nonstick loaf pan. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Turn onto the loaf pan and bake for 90 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before cutting. |
