INGREDIENTS:
- 1/8 cup(s) , Peanut Oil
- 4 1/2 cup(s) , Potatoes Diced
- 1/4 cup(s) , Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup(s) , Water
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) , Paprika
- 1 small , Onion Chopped
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Parsley

Stir all ingredients together carefully and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 325*F (160*C) for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is golden. |
