INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 2 pound(s) , Boneless Lamb Cubed
- 3 large , Yellow Onions Chopped
- 2 large , Garlic Cloves Crushed
- 1/2 cup(s) , Parsley Chopped
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 6 ounces , Tomato Paste
- 1 cup(s) , Dry White Wine
- 2 can(s) , Artichokes Drained
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Dried Dill Weed
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice

| Instructions: |
Sauté lamb in melted butter until lightly browned. Remove the meat. Sauté onions, garlic, and parsley.
Place meat and onion mixture in heavy kettle and add salt, pepper, tomato paste, and white wine. Simmer, covered, about 1½ hours or until lamb is tender.
Add artichokes, dill weed, and lemon juice. Simmer until all is tender, about 1½ hours |
