INGREDIENTS:
- 2 small , Onions Sliced
- 3 medium , Carrots Diced
- 2 medium , Turnips Diced
- 2 large , Celery Stalks Chopped
- 1 small , Cabbage Cut up
- 2 pound(s) , Lamb Shoulder Cut in 3 Inch Pieces
- 0 as needed , Salt and Pepper
- 4 large , Garlic CLoves Minced
- 4 small , Potatoes Diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) , Marjoram

Put lamb into large stock pot and cover with water. Season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add the vegetables, garlic and potatoes and simmer another 25-30 minutes covered. Season with majoram and additional salt and pepper and serve |
