Irish Lamb Stew

 Classic Irish stew full of lamb and veggies.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 small , Onions Sliced
  • 3 medium , Carrots Diced
  • 2 medium , Turnips Diced
  • 2 large , Celery Stalks Chopped
  • 1 small , Cabbage Cut up
  • 2 pound(s) , Lamb Shoulder Cut in 3 Inch Pieces
  • 0 as needed , Salt and Pepper
  • 4 large , Garlic CLoves Minced
  • 4 small , Potatoes Diced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) , Marjoram

Instructions:
Put lamb into large stock pot and cover with water. Season with salt and pepper, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add the vegetables, garlic and potatoes and simmer another 25-30 minutes covered. Season with majoram and additional salt and pepper and serve
