INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pound(s) , Boneless Lamb(cubed)
- 2 medium , Onions(chopped)
- 3 tablespoon(s) , Butter
- 1 large , Garlic Clove(minced)
- 1 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Parsley(chopped)
- 0 to taste , Salt and Pepper
- 6 ounces , Tomato Paste
- 1 cup(s) , White Wine

| Instructions: |
Melt butter in stew pan or dutch oven; add meat, onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; brown over medium fire, stirring constantly.
When all of the ingredients are browned, add tomato paste diluted in 2 cups water; add wine; stir; lower fire and simmer for about 1½ hours. This is a base for many other stews, you can add beans, okra, caulliflower, potatoes, artichokes, peas, zucchihi or string beans |
