Mustard and Wine Marinated Lamb Chops

 Mustard and wine add a nice tangy flavor to this lamb dish

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 large , Sirloin Lamb Chops 1 inch Thick
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1 cup(s) , Red Wine
  • 1 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Pepper

Instructions:
Rub both sides of chops with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Rub again with mustard just before broiling or pan-frying to desired doneness.
