Feta and Lamb Burgers

 Lamb burgers are delicious cooked medium. These have a Greek flavor

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 1/2 pound(s) , Ground Lamb
  • 3 tablespoon(s) , Fresh Oregano
  • 2 tablespoon(s) , Kalamata Olives
  • 2 ounces , Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) , Garlic Crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) , Ground Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) , Olive Oil
  • 4 medium , Hamburger Buns Split

Instructions:
Lightly combine the lamb, oregano, olives, cheese and garlic. Gently form into patties. Season all over with salt and pepper. Preheat grill or place cast-iron skillet over high heat. Lightly coat grill or skillet with olive oil. Cook patties until charred on bottom. Flip and finish cooking, about 5 minutes refraining from flattening with spatula. Drain on paper towels and serve on buns.
